1. Definitions

   For the purposes of this License, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

   • "Licensor" means the original creator or legal owner of the Software, as identified in the copyright notice.

   IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

6. Termination

   This License is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this License at any time if the User breaches any term herein. Upon termination, the User must:

   • Immediately cease all use and access of the Software.
   • Permanently destroy all copies of the Software in any form.

   Termination is without prejudice to any rights or remedies available to the Licensor at law or in equity.

7. General Provisions
   • Entire Agreement: This License constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements relating to the subject matter.
   • Amendments: The Licensor may update this License at any time. Continued use of the Software after such update constitutes acceptance.
   • Severability: If any provision of this License is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force.
   • Waiver: The failure of the Licensor to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of its rights under this License.
